What Causes Tissue Swelling In Right Foot?

I am seventy years old my write foot tissue swelling I have low grade fever which rich up to 101 without fever medicine I am also taking pantop 40 mg eptoin 100 mag trice a day atrolip 100mg urimax 0.4 ecosprin 75mg I have also problem of low sodium from last year.can I continue these medicine with akt4 kit and what should be my diet menu.
