What Causes Toes Itching With Odor And Discoloration?

hi doctor i have itching problem between by leg fingers which also smells bad, also its white in colour, have used many ointments like clotimazole etc for last few years no change. now adays iam just taking out the white skin between my fingers with blade. Pls assist me with some remedy?
