What Causes Tongue Lumps With Dysgeusia?

Hello I am a 20 year old female and this morning I discovered a row of red bumps on the back of my tongue. They are not painful at all, but it feels like I have a hairball in the back of my throat and when I swallow I have this sort of metallic taste in my mouth. I noticed there are about five of these bumps and they are in a V shape. I am a smoker and I do drink occasionally. I am also sexually active and three months ago I believe I slept with two people how might have put me at risk for an STD. What could these bumps be?? Thank you
