What Causes Tonsils Spot With Swelling, Dysphagia, Breathing Problems, Spasms, Muscular Pains?

..i have a white ulcer like large spot at the back of my thoat/on my tonsils, its been there for weeks now, there has been no pain until recently, then when I swallowed a crisp
it scrached my throat and its now sensitive. One side is a lot more swollen that the other
and I constantly feel something there, like cauliflower in my throat! I have problems
breathing too on that side and have terrible nightmares and sometimes panic
attacks in the night because of this and fear of suffocating. I do have problems
swallowing somtimes, I get a muscular pain there and spasms. Ive been
told I don' look well/tired and thin. There were two deaths in my family from
throat cancer, (my uncle was a a heavy drinker and smoker, but his neither drank
nor smoked but still got it, and died) my gran died from lung cancer so Im a bit
