What Causes Torn Fore Skin And Discharge From Penis?

Hi, i have discharge from my penis and its swollen, sti check has come back clear although at the time there was no discharge.just awaiting the rest of the results for chlamydia hiv gonorrhoea , the tip is starting to go red due to the discharge,i had a very long sexual session on sunday and my forskin kind of tore underneath any ideas?
