What Causes Transient Muscle And Joint Pain Along With Lower Back Spasms?

I am a 38 year old female and I sufferer from transient muscle and joint pain, lower back spasms, occasional numbness in my fingers and toes, cold sensitivity (especially in fingers and nail beds), fatigue, strange sensations that feel like I m being bitten by mosquitoes all over my body, night sweats, headaches, and most recently sudden pain in the back of my head that affects by balance and vision.
