What Causes Transient Numbness, Tingling And Muscle Cramps In Feet?

I have - transient numbness tingling and severe muscle cramps in my feet, right greater than left. With occasional locking of my ankle. Transient Numbness and tingling and loss of grip and strength in my right hand. An increased eosinophil count (ranges from 6-41). Also involved are hives, SOB and tachycardia. Complete spine MRI negative scans for MS, negative labs for Churg-strauss disease and thyroid.
