What Causes Transparent Sticky Discharge From Penis?

Hie this is male from karachi i have small problem but none doctor understand or diagnose my problem ....my problem is that sometime transparent sticky water will comeout from ma penny to its own self and also wheneva ma penis come in standing positions its discharge as transparent stick drop or sometime milky one what can i do for that i dont feel comfortable please help me ....!!
