What Causes Trembling In Hands After Overdose On Benadryl?

My boyfriend overdosed on benadryl and was sedated in icu on a ventillator for 12 days. Since hes been released he has been very shaky (hands shake). The hospital ran several different tests and monitored everything. What could cause this? He wont see the dr till the 18th..
