What Causes Trembling Sensation All Over Body Inspite Of Clonax Intake?

i have very mild trembling feeling all over my body.These tremors are not visible from outside.but inside its trembling.More so in my legs and my fingers. i m currently taking clonax 0.25 and some vitamin b12 tablets(methycobal).How can i reduce my trembling feeling.can i take trika for it
