What Causes Tremors In Fingers And Pain In Wrist While Writing?

Am having problem writing with my right hand I notice in begging in school year I was having a little trouble adjusting the pencil but I could write perfectly fine but now my hand would be shacking and can t hold the pencil correctly and it hurts to write and my hand writing would turn looking badly and my hand would start going to side while writing and my fingers would start separating each other up words it would make my wrist hurt with sharp pains
