What Causes Tremors In Hands And Legs Along With Tingling Sensation In Toes?

I had radioactive idodine therapy for hyperthyroidism and graves disease about 10 years ago. My tsh level was 0.725 the other day. Why does my doctor keep saying i am hypothyroid when my levels are running a little hyper. I have tremors in my hands and legs and tingling and numbness in my toes. Also my wrist hurts when I use my right hand too much.
