What Causes Tremors In Leg And Swollen Belly?

I have a 10 year old poodle cross, she has been lethargic (for approximately 10 days), she yelps sometimes. Her nose is dry. She shakes in her back right leg. She is eating and drinking (not as much as normal) She is still having BM and pee s. Her belly is not swollen and she does not appear to have any swelling any where else on her body. We have had her to our vet and the vet did blood work to make sure her internal organs were not damaged, the vet put her on an inflammatory but she doesn t seem to be getting better.
