What Causes Tremors In Neck, Arms And Feet With Burning Sensation In The Feet?

I am having twitching in my neck, arms, and feet most of it occurs when I am about to go to sleep. I am also having what feels like I m swelling in those areas. I have occasional what feels like someone putting a lot of burning needles in the bottom of my feet. Can u help please?
