What Causes Trickling Sensation In Nose And Irritation In Ear?

I m a 57 female non smoker, I ve had a chronic cough ( gp/ consultants say) for 12 years, seen 13 different consultants in several departments and hospitals, after many many different tests including 2 endoscopys, PH 24 hour acid with monitor, asthma test breathing test chest X-ray numerous tablets and potions then had Nissan fundaplication 2 years ago as I was told it was acid reflux, had 3 nasal cameras prior to that also, all with different docs and all say it s was acid, but not one of them looked in my ears! I have a constant trickly nose from my RIGHT nostril it s my RIGHT side of chest where I get the irritation and my RIGHT ear crackles when I cough..I m at a standstill now, the 2 consultants in the chest clinic and surgeon can t do anything for me, I am desperate please help me, I have been tested for post nasal drip just incase this springs to mind and nothing was diagnosed thank you Mrs Gill Rich
