What Causes Trigger Finger?

I have a trigger finger right hand pinky. I have had trigger finger of another finger that was releived with cortisone. This was done at St. Lukes Roosevelt in NYC. I noe live in Sun City AZ so it would be too long of a commute to return to NYC. I am looking for a hand specialist in the Phoenix area
