What Causes Trouble Maintaining Erections?

I have trouble maintaining erections when I am with a woman. What can I do to solve this? I have already been to the doctor and had all of my symptoms checked and she concluded that it was a psychiatric problem. I tried Viagra, but for some reason I can't maintain my erections after I am inside a woman.
