What Causes Twinges On Both Side Of Abdomen And Unusual Watery Discharge?

Hello there.I was mid cycle 3/4th March, with a watery sticky discharge and a few lower abdominal twinges (which i know is when i'm ovulating).However, a week later (now) about 7 days before my period i am getting twinges on both side of my abdoman and had an unusual watery discharge this morning.Could this be a sign of pregnancy or just pre period symptoms?
