What Causes Twitching In Bicep Along With T Wave Inversion In ECG Report?

i have a tight vein in my right arm sudden onset 2 hrs ago i have an ecg that shows angina t wave inversion my daughter has hypertrophic cardiomyopathy i am been investigated for fybro /me as they couldnt find a heart problem at st thomas / guys london .....iv never had this before my bicep hurts to with twitching i took asprin incase
