What Causes Twitching In Eye Along With Severe Pain In Joints?

Hi im 25 I have a stroke 4weeks after haven a baby dat was now 16 weeks ago I still havent got the full sensation on my left side almost like a fizzy felling but also been tested for ms. But im getting twiching eye lids pins and needles on my right and left side and lot of joint pain . My doctor knows about the joint pain and twiching eyes as I have dose symtoms a few days but the pins and needles are new woke up last night with no feeling in my left arm but soon came back, and 2night in switching between arms should I be worrying? Thank u
