What Causes Twitching In Eyes On Having Sugary Foods?

I have had this situation where my eyes (sometimes right, or left) feels twitchy and feels pressurized after eating a quite sugary food (like cake with Betty crockers toppings. I thought to myself if it was a pre diabetes symptoms but I did the random Check for three times within a month and it is on the normal rate. Do you have any idea on why does this happens to me most of the time? When eating sugary food ONLY?
