What Causes Twitching Of Facial Muscles Along With Fatigue?

Hi, I have really bad muscle twitches that are very painless. No pain over body, but i often feel fatigue and when I talk, sometimes my words don t come out right or my thoughts are fuzzy. the twitches are usually all over but lately in my mouth and face.
