What Causes Twitching On Face Of A Baby?

My five month old baby s face started twitching today when I was giving her a bottle. This is the third time this has happened. No other symptoms appear. She is healthy and alert and very content. Our Dr. said it was Arnold s nerve due to teething. Where can I find more information?
