What Causes Twitching On Lips Despite Having History Of TIA?

I am 44 and had a recent TIA in Sept. Today my upper lip has been twitching in the middle to the point that it scrunches up and then relaxes. I am wondering if this could be another TIA or just muscle twitching. No numbness or tingling or weakness noted.Thanks for any help.. BP has been in normal range
