What Causes Twitching On Temple With Headache And Pressure In Head?

I'm having a twitching in my R temple with slight headache and pressure in head. Have had ecg, ekg, thyroid tested, heart tested, scan of throat for possible thyroid issue. Have had a lot of stress. 3 major life issues all at once. This started last Memorial Day when I went to ER with rapid heartbeat, sweating and feeling all around lousy. Also had chest xray.
