What Causes Twitching On The Right Cheek?

Hello I'm 75 years female, I have a twitch on my right cheek near the max sinus area. It bothers me off and on a lot during the day. It started out once or twice a day now more often. Doesn't hurt, just annoying. I can see it moving in the mirror. Just wondering, thank you.
