What Causes Twitching Sensation In Forearms And Shoulders?

I have been experiencing muscle twitches that started in my forearm and radiate to behind my shoulders. it has been going on for 5 days now.They are not painful but very annoying and make it difficult to sleep at night.Do you have any suggestions on how I can get some relief from this ? Thank you
