What Causes Twitching Sensation In Head?

Hi, I just had a weird sensation on the left side of my head...the best way I can describe it is as a twinge but I didn t have pain before or after. It was like a twist/twinge that lasted a second and disappeared. This is the first time I have felt something like this....is it something to be worried about?
