What Causes Two Stroke Like Episodes With All Tests Being Normal?

My husband is in hospital after having two stroke like episodes in two days but MRI. Ct EKG ultrasound and blood tests show no cause. His speech and cognition r pretty much back to normal but am concerned abt it happening again since we don t know shot caused it.
