What Causes Ulcers In Abdomen Along With Severe Constipation?

My mum had gall stones and they were removed. She is now suffering from bile which pours inside her stomach. She is experiencing something like ulcer and its hard for her to pass stools. She is also suffering from a terible head ache which comes right from the centre of her head, and there is a lot of air coming through her nostrils which makes the headache worse. Her stomach is always bloated and she feels like vomiting. Thank you
