What Causes Ulcers On The Back Of Gums Along With Throbbing Pain?

I have a deep red streak down the hard palate of my mouth and throat. Ulcers have developed on the back of my gums behind my jaw teeth In the top and my tongue has a yellowish color. My mouth is drawing and throbbing with pain inside. My sinuses are also hurting as well as my ears.
