What Causes Umbilicus Pain With Bleeding?

hi my navel has had a pain under the skin and has been bleeding for about two days now im 23 and weigh 310 pounds standing roughly5' 10" - 6' 1" and im extremly concerned because the pain only occurs if i bend to far forward ive never had this problem before and i dont have a belly piercing either
