What Causes Uncomfortable Feeling Below Right Rib Cage While Coughing?

Hi, I have a weird feeling below my right rib cage. No pain but if i make some movements sneezing /coughing and get a feeling like pulsing or something moving inside me. Kind if feels like something is getting stuck under my rib when and when i move it pops back into place . No pain and no lumps on outside ect.
