What Causes Uncomfortable Feeling In Appendix Area?

70 yr old male, in good shape, in the last week, feels like something going on inside, in the appendix area, no real pain, just like something, is not right there, could be muscle related, but dont really think so, am active, still working, and do not take any medicines at all
