What Causes Uncontrollable Appetite And Lack Of Sex Drive After Taking Nur-isterate?

Hi, Im anaemic & was on femodene (pill) for five years & all was well. I had a baby & decided to use nur-isterate. Its been 16 months & I have since gained about 10kg & I have an uncontrollable appetite, terrible mood swings & I have no sex drive.. What could be wrong with me? Could it be nur-isterate? If it it , what other contraceptives would be suitable for me?
