What Causes Uneven Skin Tone All Over Body?

Hi I have uneven skin color all over my body and I m very embarrassed about it I have dots or spots on my legs like pigments and its noticing and my stomach is a different Color than my upper body. Like it s darker I really really need a solution and help please is there something I can take or.......thanks again. rg
