What Causes Unexplained Bruise On Arm Along With Tiredness?

2 months ago I woke up with a fever one morning. The next day I had a huge bruise on my arm. The doctor ran some test and everything was ok. But since the appointment I have been extremely tried and weak! I started taking iron a pill a day and vitamin C but see no difference!
