What Causes Unexplained Pin Prick Wounds With Bleeding On Arms?

For no apparent reason three pin sized pricks came on my arm near my elbow I only noticed when I looked down and had blood all over my shirt, two days later I am in a meeting and I look down and my hand is bleeding with the same type small pin prick spots
