What Causes Unpleasant Smelling Vaginal Discharge After An Abortion?

Hi... Dr.I m 19 years old (abortion) Currently...24 years old, single.I ve done self abortion using abortion pills (4 pills) on oct 2010 . I forgot name of tht pills but they hv x label on it. since tht abortion, my vaginal discharge foul smelly until now 2015. During my 19 age.....I also hv involve with promiscuity before abortion. How can I overcome this foul smelly vaginal discharge? Is there risk for me getting sexual transmitted disease?
