What Causes Unusual Circular Rashes On Wrist Spreading Out On Chest And Abdomen?

Around 6 weeks ago I discovered a strange circular rash on the front of my wrist around 1" in diameter which I ignored for a couple of weeks until it got progressively worse and became flaky and quite scaly and once I suspected it to be ringworm I went to the pharmacist and he proscribed me with an anti fungus (hydrocortisone). This didn't help so I went to the doctor who prescribed me with oral tablets (50mg fluconazole) which I have been using for nearly 2 weeks. During the tropical treatment and oral medication the rash like symptoms have spread progressively through my body and mainly my abdomen, chest, under armpits and a little on my thighs. It seems to be getting worse everyday spreading in which they begin as little spots and flare up larger, more red and sore until they flake as if they are going through a shedding phase. They spread more and go through this process. I have photos to get a better idea. Help would be eternally appreciated!
