What Causes Unusual Greenish Discharge During Urination And Dizziness?

I had something pass from m y vagina when I went to pee. I felt it slide out and thought it was just regular cervical stuff but it is green and when it was in the toilet water it looked like it had tubes that would allow it to anchor to something. They were very thin and moved in the water but when I removed it from the toilet they only look like brown open circles against the green mass. I have no pain , I feel a bit dizzy but I think it may be because I am worried about what it is.
