What Causes Unusual Swelling And Tenderness Spread Throughout Left Forearm?

this is the second time that this has happened to my husband, His left forearm will become swollen and tender (not from bumping or hitting it), No redness or warmth. Mainly sore and then two days later a bruise will appear covering his whole forearm. he does take a 81mg asa daily. YYYY@YYYY
