What Causes Upper Abdominal Bulge And Heavy Bleeding During Periods?

Hi, I have had 2 c sections the last was 17 months ago. I have lost weight but I have an upper belly bludge that wont go away and is located above my belly button. I have had a lot pain and cramping during my menstral cycles along with heavy bleeding. Could this all be related?
