What Causes Upper Abdominal Pain After A C-section?

I had my second c/s 9 weeks ago. For the past week I'd say I've been having intermittent discomfort in my right upper/mid abdomen. Nothing excruciating, just noticeable. No tenderness when touched. No onset with particular foods or bathroom visits. It just comes and goes. I just wish it would go for good! No previous health issues. Please help. I am 37, 111lbs and nursing my baby.
