What Causes Upper Abdominal Pain And Raised Blood Pressure?

i feel pain in my upper abdomen, like some gas popping inside and I feel really hungry then my blood pressure starts to rise beyond normal and the worst is my vision spins like too fast to describe. I have had tests in the hospital and nothing is wrong in them. I just wonder who can help me. I am so helpless.
