What Causes Upper Abdominal Pain And Vomiting In A Kid?

Hello Doctor, My daughter having pain in upper stomach and vomiting and she could not able to take food and the fever was 101°C. She's 3+ years age. What kind of treatment I can give while consult with my paediatrician he suggest to take ZIPRAX and Junior Lanzol tablet and DROTIN syrup. Please advise me what kind of problem she's having.
