What Causes Upper Arms Pain And Warm Tingling Fingers After ACDF Surgery?

I had acdf surgery June 2012 on C 4/5/6. I have constant pain in my skull and new bulge at disc c6/7. Is it common to have disc below surgery site go bad? I have moderate to severe foraminal narrowing on that level now too. I have pain in my arms upper area and warm tingles in my fingers. I also have some calf pain and my left foot hurts when I stand too long. Is all this caused by my neck? Thank you.
