What Causes Upper Chest Discomfort?

I am having upper chest disomfort, mild ache and a little heavy feel. I took my blood pressure with my husband s wrist blood pressure cuff and my heart rate is 63 and blood pressure is 120/71. Is it safe to not be concerned I am having a heart attack?
