What Causes Upper Chest Pain And While Breathing Despite Suffering From Sickle Cell Anemia?

I am a sickle cell anemia patient experiencing reference pain in the upper left quadrant of the torso that feels like sharp pain of the left rib tip. It hurts when I breath and my lungs hit my rib cage. Its not my typical sickle pain of the spleen or kidney. What test will rule out pancreatic cancer? Several members have died in my family from different forms of cancer like throat, bowel cancer that I know of. Please help me.
