What Causes Upper Stomach Pain And Salty Taste In A Diabetic?

Hello I get upper stomach pain when I get the pain is awful. Then I get a salty taste and throw up until I get the dry heaves. I also had loose stool for several days it stopped yesterday. My stool is a tan color. I have type 2 diabetes. Some times the pain is so bad I cry. It is always relieved when I throw everything up.
